The Michigan Pavilion, hosted by the Michigan Department of Agriculture, highlights Michigan food and beverage companies. The MDA and Michigan Grape and Wine Industry Council will offer a food and wine pairing booth to highlight Michigan crops and wines. Delicious dishes will be prepared by Chef Paul Penney and offered to 8 people during each interval throughout the day. Two Michigan wineries will sample their wines along with this beautiful meal.
In addition to the companies discussed last month, these other Michigan companies will be showcased at the Michigan Restaurant Show in October.
