Michigan Department of Agriculture is offering a Michigan Pavilion at the Michigan Restaurant Show this October. The pavilion highlights Michigan food and beverage companies. A few of those companies are:Valentine Vodka is a quality Michigan vodka that purchases all of its raw materials from Michigan farmers. This delectable spirit is handcrafted and the perfect Vodka to compliment your bar or restaurant.
Randy’s Granola is hand crafted Michigan product. They offer “Original Granola”, “Lotsa Chocolate Granola”, and “So Very Cherry Granola”. On Saturdays they sell their product at Detroit Eastern Market and attendees can’t get enough of this delicious Michigan product.
Zeeland Food Services will offer selection of their Zoye 100% Pure Soybean Oil. Their oil is a healthy and light oil that allows the flavor of the foods to come through.
Along with our booths, MDA and Michigan Grape & Wine Industry Council will have a food & wine pairing booth to highlight Michigan crops and wines. Delicious dishes will be prepared by Chef Paul Penney and offered to 8 people during each interval throughout the day. Two Michigan wineries will sample their wines along with this beautiful meal.
